1 ounce of Organic Red Reishi "Antlers"--a specific form of Reishi that is the result of unique growing conditions.

Features:

    • Great immune system support
    • Make teas & tinctures
    • USDA Certified Organic
    • Grown right here on our farm in the Pacific Northwest

The Red Reishi Mushroom, Ganoderma lucidum, is an ancient remedy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for millennia. Used primarily to support the immune system tonic, and as a general tonic for well-being.*

Use the dried mushrooms to make a tea or tincture. The tea is an amber-tinted bitter tea that makes a great addition to chai or other tea. A bit of fresh ginger and honey or other sweetener simmered with the broken-up mushrooms for 30 minutes is great for supporting your healthy immune function.*

Our organic Red Reishi "Antlers"--a specific form of Reishi that is the result of unique growing conditions--look different from most forms people are familiar with, but they are actually the same mushroom as those large "conch" or fan-shaped Reishi mushrooms. What really makes our Reishi special is that they are 100% Certified Organic and grown on our farm in Bellingham, WA. Most Reishi on the market are imported from growers which may or may not be using chemical applications on their mushrooms or are growing in contaminated environments. We believe that the best medicinal mushrooms come from clean, natural settings. Our farm is the next step from finding your own Reishi growing in the wild. We never use any chemicals in our growing practices and all of our substrate materials are Certified Organic and locally sourced.

This is one Reishi product that has a rich cultural history and at the same time is hand-grown on a small farm right here in Washington State.

Each 1-ounce package of Reishi mushrooms will make 2-3 pots of tea. Recipe included.

This reishi makes an incredibly relaxing tea

I love this reishi. I brew a tea from it once a week. I cut up one antler of reishi (about 15g) with scissors and boil it for 2 hours in 1.5 quarts of water. This makes a concentrated tea that can be used throughout the week. I prepare some of the concentrated reishi tea with ginger and fennel seed in the evenings. The relaxing quality of the tea is comparable to herbs like valerian, passionflower, and hemp. But the reishi keeps my mind alert, unlike those herbs. This reishi is just incredible. The tea is profoundly relaxing and is really helping me manage my anxiety. This reishi tastes very pure. It is bitter of course, but this is just the quality of the mushroom. I have tried other brands of reishi that taste like chemicals. This reishi does not. It tastes earthy and very pleasant when brewed with fennel seed and ginger.

Disappointed!!

Failure to follow thru on replacement of product. Second mushroom shipment did not produce mushrooms in spite of being in a semi light room and a monitoring device for humidity.

I’m still processing how wonderful this is. Have had tincture and powder before, but nothing compares to making tea with this. Love to smell it and see it and feel it.
