This 5-pound box of Certified Organic farm-fresh mushrooms is a great deal for chefs, foodies, and mushroom lovers. Use them fresh and they will keep if refrigerated for up to a week. Mushrooms can also be dehydrated or frozen and stored for up to two years. Basic Google searches are full of ideas for preserving mushrooms.
Varieties available include our signature Organic Shiitake Mushrooms or a 3-variety Chef’s Mix box. The mix box may contain Shiitake, Oyster Mushrooms, and/or Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. Variety shipped depends on availability at the time of ordering.
All fresh mushroom orders are packed and refrigerated prior to shipping. Priority mail shipping ensures that they arrive fresh to your home within 2 days of shipping date. Includes recipe sheet.
